Metropolis Resort - Eau Claire, Eau Claire

Our stay had its ups and downs. The waterpark was excellent for younger kids, providing hours of fun, but the facility itself felt overloaded and chaotic during peak times. Although the room was modern and attractive, the noise level was quite disruptive, particularly on the third floor. For the price we paid, particularly for family meals, it didn’t quite live up to what we expected.

Our recent stay was quite enjoyable with a clean and comfortable room that seemed newly updated. The waterpark was fun for the kids but had its chaotic moments due to the crowds. Overall, the experience offered good value for money, but I was disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast, which would have added to the convenience.

The resort is a fun spot for families, particularly with all the activities available for kids, but it does have a few shortcomings. The waterpark was a highlight, though somewhat chaotic and overcrowded. The rooms were generally comfortable, but some aspects could use real improvement. Unfortunately, the dining options were misleading and not up to expectations, adding to an overall feeling of being overcharged for what we received.

We had a fun family getaway at the hotel, especially with the water park included. The room was spacious with two queen beds which worked well for us, and the kids loved exploring the mural. However, the amenities outside the water park could get pricey, and the noise level was a bit bothersome at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but didn't love everything about it.
